Ocean Visuals has been granted the EU patent from the European Patent Office
The patent EP3074752 - DEVICE FOR REMOTE OIL DETECTION was first filed in a joint development project between LDI Innovation and ICD Industries of Ålesund back in 2014, so it has been a 10 year process. After successful prototype testing, Ocean Visuals was formed as a joint venture in late 2015. Since then, we have continuously developed a fleet of advanced sensors with matching visualisation and data presentation technology.The official mention of the grant was published in the European Patent Bulletin 24/15 of 10. April 2024. The official date of registration is 13.05.2024.
